Apple Crumble Baked OatsA yummy meal prep breakfast 🍎
5 minutes prep, 45 minutes baking
2 cups oats
3 cups plant milk
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350.
- Chop up the apple and mix in a baking tray with all the other ingredients.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and firm.
- Serve the vegan baked oats warm by itself, or with a dash of milk, dollop of peanut butter and/or drizzle of maple syrup.
